Psycho Analysis and Therapy

Counseling and psychotherapy refer to two separate forms of therapy, but the terms have often been used interchangeably.

Counseling
Counseling usually lasts for a shorter duration and targets specific problems or private concerns which the client may be having. The counselor acts as a guide and support to the client. Talk therapy with a compassionate professional helps overcome the issues that they had come to address. It is a self-empowering solution to dealing with the challenges of the hasty lifestyle that we are required to live

Psychotherapy
which usually spans for a longer duration, helps people with deep-seated problems, psychological or psychosomatic issues, and gives the client more clarity about their own behaviors. Psychotherapy helps you learn how to take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.

When a client first comes in to MBS, we have a thorough discussion about what problems they are trying to deal with. This helps in deciding which form of therapy would suit best. The length of the therapy will depend on the frequency of the sessions, the severity of the client’s symptoms, and how quickly they make progress

Also, here at MBS, we respect confidentiality. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and treat each case with discretion.
