Neuro Linguistic Programming is to do with our patterns of behaviors, how we interact with other people and how those interactions influence us. NLP explores the relationships between our thoughts, and how we communicate. It helps us understand what kinds of behavioral patterns we have subconsciously picked up, how we create limiting beliefs for ourselves, and what kinds of things motivate us. ‘Neuro’ relates to what we think. Linguistic relates to what we say, both verbally and non-verbally.
