Yoga is not for me as my body is stiff and lacks flexibility

Well, regular practice of Yoga will help to gain flexibility and suppleness. So, you can practice Yoga to improve your health irrespective of your current level of physical fitness.

I don’t need to do Yoga as I regularly work out at the gym

Yoga can be used in conjunction with your regular gym exercises. Many personal trainers have started to include Yoga exercises in their training sessions. Cricketers of the Indian national team do regular Yoga exercises as part of their physical training. Yoga is also used as part of rehabilitation program after an injury. Yoga is only for women

Yoga classes are too slow and boring
